He obtain Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree in 2004 from City Dental College which is affiliated with Dhaka University. He obtain his post graduation degree in Dental Public Health in 2009. Dr. Arif is the founder Dental Unit Head of Northeast Medical College. As an Assistant Professor he served in Northeast University too.
