The Yoga Rebel Method is designed to help women look and FEEL their best, whilst learning new skills along the way. I create classes and programmes to help women achieve their goals, and provide personal guidance and support via my app - The Livinleggings Studio, which is linked below. Thousands of women (and men!) have transformed their lives with this method, building strength through a full range of motion, unlocking their flexibility through targeted mobility practices, and elevating their yoga practice through a new found strength and stability. My teaching style is light-hearted with an anatomy focus, due to the 10 years I spent in medical imaging before transitioning to teach full time!
