'SHINee' is a contemporary band that sets and leads trends in all areas including music, dance, and fashion. The team has continuously set records as a global K-Pop leader with their outstanding singing, performance, and trendy music style.
Starting with their solo concert in 2011, the first ever in London, England by a Korean idol group, SHINee’s popularity expanded beyond the borders of Asia into North and Central America, picking up momentum through their world tour. In 2013, the team ranked No.10 on the U.S. Billboard ‘2013 Year End Chart’, becoming the first Korean group to earn such a title.
In May, SHINee celebrated their 15th debut anniversary and made a highly-anticipated comeback after 2 years, following their 7th repackaged album, ‘Atlantis’, released in 2021. The album reached No.1 on iTunes Top Album Chart in 43 regions globally, while also topping World Wide iTunes Album Charts in addition to China’s QQ Music’s Digital Album Sales Charts, and Japan’s Recochoku’s Daily Album Charts, cementing their global popularity. SHINee has also performed live for the first time at the group’s first headline concert in almost seven years, ‘SHINee WORLD VI [PERFECT ILLUMINATION]’. This was followed by their special global live stream fan concert, 2023 SHINee FAN MEETING ‘Everyday is SHINee Day’ : [Piece of SHINE]’ via Beyond LIVE.
