Being a fitness enthusiast, I exercise regularly and eat a healthy diet. Fitness doesn't mean building bulky muscles. Having positive thoughts and being healthy are the two aspects I consider to be essential. Even though I'm not the fittest person, I take good care of myself and strive to improve by learning new things.
