Este canal fue creado y es administrado por el ingeniero civil y meteorólogo puertorriqueño Rubén García. Completé los estudios de bachillerato en ciencias de la ingeniería civil, ciencias atmosféricas y meteorología en la Universidad de Puerto Rico Recinto de Mayaguez. Así también como una maestría en ingeniería ambiental y recursos de agua. Desde el 2016 ejerzo la profesión de la ingeniería civil. Durante mi tiempo libre y cuando hay sistemas tropicales activos en el Atlántico, proveo información y análisis relacionados a los pronósticos.
