After years of struggling with breakouts and relying on skincare products, I decided to take a new path. I spent a year running a detailed experiment—tracking everything from diet, stress, sleep, and digestion to my environment. What I discovered changed everything: clear skin isn’t about finding the perfect product—it’s about understanding what’s happening inside your body.
By shifting my focus, I managed to get my acne under control—without relying on a shelf full of products.
This channel is now shifting from a focus on topical skincare to exploring how diet and environmental factors impact your skin. I’ll still share basic skincare and makeup tips when they’re practical, but the main goal is to help you heal your skin from within, which happens mostly through diet. That’s why you’ll find many healthy cooking recipes on this channel. I truly believe that lasting results come from what we put in our bodies and how we live—that’s where real change begins.
