I initially started my channel focusing on makeup to cover my blemishes, then transitioned to skincare to address them directly. However, after testing it myself, I discovered that diet was the most effective way to tackle them. The same applies to fine lines and wrinkles — nothing beats a good diet! This realization led to the creation of "The Skin Diet." Additionally, I should mention that it’s just me running the channel, with my husband as my supporter — and that’s it!
