Our founder, Meghan Nowland, LCPM, IBCLC has a bachelor's from the Midwives College of Utah and over a decade of experience working as a midwife in home and birth center settings. She has attended over 500 births and been an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant since 2017 and Mayan Abdominal Practitioner since 2024. She has healed her poly cystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and hypothyroidism naturally through lifestyle changes and addressing childhood trauma. We've helped hundreds of families become empowered to live a healthier lifestyle and have natural pregnancies, births, and successful breastfeeding journeys. We take a whole person centered approach to maternity care and want high-quality midwifery care to be accessible to everyone. Our aim is to create safe places for families to grow.
