Born on 24th July 1996, Tharindu Welhenage completed his schooling at Ananda College, Colombo. As the most recognized leading organization in Sri Lankan school media, he was designated to the Board of officials in the Broadcasting unit of Ananda College and subsequently appointed as one of the chief Sinhala announcers in 2015. After finishing his studies at school. Tharindu joined one of Sri Lanka’s significant media channels, “TV Derana” to continue working in the news department. After gaining numerous experiences in journalism during that time, Tharindu successfully established his own media marketing company in 2017 named “Sky View Productions”. Following his success in event management, he wanted to return to media management where he always knew he wholeheartedly belonged.
