My name is Maciek and I'm a backyard grill guy, cooking for my family and friends. Originally from Poland, I had my first taste of American BBQ at age 10. And let's just say I was immediately hooked! In 2017 my loving wife bought me a Big Green Egg for Father's Day. I decided to do what every 35 year old guy does when he gets a new grill. I started an Instagram page to share my dishes with the world. Well, maybe not everyone... What started as a fun hobby has grown into a full blown passion. Cooking, grilling and sharing my easy grilling recipes with others is what this page is all about. I make easy meals that anyone can replicate at home.
