Strength + Flow Fitness (formerly Movement Parallels Life) is a channel dedicated to helping you move better for fitness & a higher quality of life. You'll find guided practices that will help you improve your mobility, strength, balance, and body awareness. These "movement-focused" workouts take a more holistic & intuitive approach than traditional fitness.
