Hi!💛 I'm Zoe, a certified mat pilates and barre instructor. Growing up a dancer, I developed a passion for movement and fitness from a very young age. I created this channel to share that passion, free of charge, with the world. I post full length, follow along pilates classes where I guide you through a pilates flow in anywhere from 5 to 45 minutes.
