Hi, I am Rhea Shroff Ekhlas. I grew up in India and am very passionate about health, fitness and nutrition. Through my fitness journey, I realized that when fitness is fun and easy to fit into one's schedule, one is more likely to make it a part of one's lifestyle. My goal here is to help you make fitness a part of your lifestyle by creating workouts that are short and home-friendly!
