The property is covered in pecan orchards and wild pecan groves spread throughout. The native wildlife includes turkeys, whitetail deer, coyotes, and wild pigs. Even a tiny elk herd makes its home in what has become a bit of a wildlife sanctuary surrounded by cattle lands.
