If you want to change your life you have to start with something small that you do everyday. Here at MarlingYoga we practice gratefulness, breath work, yoga and meditation together for 15 minutes - every day. We never take yoga, or ourselves, too serious - we focus on having fun, practice awareness and getting to know our bodies and spirits, creating happier and healthier lifestyles. I am a recovering addict. I used to live a glamorous kind of jetset life and from that, I realised that money, fame, and beauty won’t make you happy. I am working the 12-step recovery program every day, and from that, I have learned that it’s not the big changes that make the difference but the small things we do every day. Repetition is key, so is passing on. Focus on what you can do for others instead of what they can do for you and great things will unfold.
