## Channel description

Written by the channel:

> Welcome to the official channel of Thyla. Born to an American mother and a Swedish father, Thyla is a New York-based artist fusing her deep Nordic heritage with a fierce, uncompromising critique of modern society.
>
> Her music is a dark, cinematic journey where Nordic darkwave meets cyber-folk. Driven by heavy sub-bass and ritualistic tribal rhythms, her tracks are defined by the haunting, mystical drone of the traditional tagelharpa (bowed lyre) and her signature deep, gritty, and raspy female vocals.
>
> This is not just music. This is a rebellion against the system.
