## Channel description

Written by the channel:

> Reid Ryven writes cinematic ballads about the parts of a life that don't
> resolve neatly. Rooted in 90s adult contemporary and blue-eyed soul,
> carried by a baritone with some road on it, his music sits where the piano
> ballad meets the weathered edge of country songwriting. The subjects are
> family, love, loss, memory, and the long way back.
>
> The songs come from a real life, not from around one. Every lyric and
> every melody is his own, and the voice you hear comes from his own
> recorded singing; AI tools are used in production, including the visuals
> on this channel. Behind the name is a songwriter and publisher in Lucerne,
> Switzerland, releasing through MARA Music Switzerland. The works are
> registered with SUISA. The name is a stage name, kept that way to protect
> a family that isn't part of this.
>
> New music arrives one song at a time.
>
> Reid Ryven - real stories. real emotion.
