## Channel description

Written by the channel:

> Welcome to my kitchen! I’m Rosie Alexander, the culinary mastermind behind iHeartRecipes. Since 2009, I’ve been sharing my love for Southern and soul food with delicious, easy-to-follow recipes right here on YouTube. As the proud author of three published cookbooks, I’ve taken my passion for food to new heights. Now, I’m not just cooking up mouth-watering dishes—I’m also an urban gardener, growing fresh ingredients to make my recipes even more wholesome and flavorful. Join me for a fun, tasty journey as we cook, garden, and enjoy the heart and soul of American cuisine together!
